Our Promise: The 30-Day Limited Parts Warranty

Every pre-owned Surron and Talaria sold by us undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and reconditioning process by our certified technicians.

To give you peace of mind, we provide a 30-Day Limited Warranty on major mechanical and electrical components from the date of delivery/pickup.

What is Covered (Parts Only):

• Frame: Welds and structural integrity under normal use.

• Motor: Stator and rotor assembly for manufacturing defects.

• Controller: Main ECU for failure under normal operating conditions.

• Battery Pack: Capacity retention above 75% of original rated capacity and internal cell failure (not gradual capacity loss from age/use).

• Major Forks/Shock: Seals and internal damping components.

• Swingarm: Bearings and structural integrity.

• Normal Wear & Tear: Tires, brake pads, rotors, chains, sprockets, grips, bearings (wheel, headset, linkage), and other consumable items.

• Cosmetic Items: Scratches, scuffs, paint chips, or wear present at the time of sale (documented in your sale photos).

• Battery Capacity: Gradual, age-related reduction in range or performance.

• Aftermarket & Non-Stock Parts: Any component not original to the bike’s standard configuration or installed by a previous owner. (Note: We will provide a full list of any known aftermarket parts on your specific bike).

• Abuse, Neglect, or Accidents: Damage resulting from crashes, jumps, water submersion, improper charging, lack of maintenance, or use beyond the vehicle’s designed intent.

• Installation of Unauthorized Parts: Damage caused by the installation of non-compatible controllers, chargers, or other performance modifications.

Important Warranty Process & Conditions

1. Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt from Used Surron and Talaria Store is required for all warranty claims.

2. Professional Diagnosis & Authorization: Before any repair or part replacement, the issue must be diagnosed and authorized by our service team. Do not disassemble major components.

3. Labor Costs: This is a PARTS-ONLY warranty. Labor costs for diagnosis, removal, and installation of covered parts are the responsibility of the customer. We offer discounted labor rates for warranty-related work.

4. Return to Us: For service, the bike must be shipped or delivered to our facility at the customer’s expense. We can provide pre-paid shipping labels at the customer’s cost.

5. Owner’s Responsibility: The buyer agrees to perform basic, regular maintenance (chain tension, tire pressure, bolt checks, etc.) as outlined in the OEM manual.

Absolutely No Warranty / “As-Is” Sales

Certain bikes, due to age, modification, or condition, may be sold “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. This will be explicitly and clearly stated in the item’s listing and on your final sales invoice. Please review your listing and ask questions before purchasing.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE COVERED PARTS. USED SURRON AND TALARIA STORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, TRANSPORTATION COSTS, OR RENTAL EXPENSES.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners.
