Thank you for your purchase! We strive to get your pre-owned Surron or Talaria to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping procedures and expectations below.

Important: Assembly Status of Used Bikes

Unlike new units, all our used Surron and Talaria models ship fully assembled and ride-ready. Since these bikes have been previously owned and fully operational, we ship them as complete units. There is no customer assembly required aside from removing the bike from its secure shipping crate. The bike has been fully inspected, tested, and is ready to ride upon arrival after a proper battery charge.

Processing & Lead Time

All bikes are thoroughly inspected, charged, and prepared for shipment after purchase.
Standard Processing Time: 1 business day before shipment.
Expedited Processing: Available upon request for an additional fee—contact us before ordering.

Note: Bikes sold “As-Is” or requiring final safety checks may require additional processing time. We will notify you if any delays are expected.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with specialized freight carriers experienced in handling electric motorcycles and lithium-ion batteries.

• Standard Shipping: Curbside delivery via freight carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS Freight, R+L Carriers, Pilot Freight Services).

• Liftgate Service: Included at no extra charge for curbside delivery. Driver will not move the crate up stairs, across lawns, or into garages.

• Inside Delivery / White Glove: Available for an additional fee—must be requested before shipment is booked. Includes placement in your garage or first-floor room (access permitting).

Shipping Costs & Estimates

• International: Shipping costs vary significantly by destination, shipping method, and customs fees. A custom quote will be provided before purchase.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code and the size/weight of the crate.

• Continental US Only: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

• Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply for rural or limited-access locations.

Delivery Process & What to Expect

1. Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and carrier contact information once your bike is dispatched.

2. Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window (typically a 4-hour window).

3. Inspection at Delivery:

   • You or an authorized adult MUST be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

   • Carefully inspect the crate for visible damage before signing.

   • Note any damage on the delivery receipt (write “Crate Damaged” or “Visible Damage”).

   • Take photos of any crate damage before unpacking.

4. Unpacking & Setup:

   • Your used bike ships fully assembled. It is securely fastened inside a protective wooden crate.

   • No assembly is required. Simply remove the bike from the crate, charge the battery, and perform a pre-ride safety check (tire pressure, brake function, bolt tightness).

   • We recommend having assistance to safely uncrate the bike due to its weight.

   • Save all packaging materials until the bike is unpacked and inspected.

Shipping Damage Claims

We insure every shipment. If you discover damage after unpacking:

1. Do not discard the crate or packaging.

2. Take clear photos of the damaged bike and the packaging.

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange for repairs or part replacements as quickly as possible. Failure to report damage within 48 hours or discarding packaging may void your damage claim.

Local Pickup & In-Store Purchase

• Local Pickup is available at our warehouse by appointment.

• You must inspect and accept the bike at the time of pickup. No returns or warranty claims for cosmetic issues will be accepted after local pickup unless a mechanical defect is found.

• We can assist with loading into a suitable truck, van, or trailer.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Buyer is 100% responsible for:

• All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

• Compliance with local laws regarding electric bike registration, power limits, or road use.

• Providing necessary documentation to your customs broker.

• Arranging pickup from port/airport.

We recommend researching your country’s import regulations for electric motorcycles/bikes before purchasing.
